Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders (ART PRINTS/CANVAS ART PRINTS).

What if my ART PRINT/CANVAS ART PRINT arrives damaged/lost?
If something arrives misprinted/damaged/defective, send a photo of the damaged goods, then I’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items (ART PRINTS/CANVAS ART PRINTS) must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Refunds will be processed promptly upon return of the item and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of www.michelletraceyart.com.
Please email me with your request prior to shipping. I reserve the right to not accept a return if item has been at all damaged. While my policies are firm for obvious reasons, I will do everything I can to work with you and make sure your experience is positive.
